Army Lists: Dark Angels with Raukaan Allies (1850pts) v2

So, I chatted with some guys in my local meta about the list I posted yesterday. After, some helpful criticisms and insights, I have come up with the a revised list. I still wanted the two "deathstar" bike squads, but I toned down the IH squad by removing the power mauls. Realistically, the IH captain can put out enough damage on his own if the squad gets mired in an unavoidable CQC. I also removed the immortal Stormraven in favor of armor saturation. So here is the second version of the list:

So, as you can see, there were a few other optimizations as well. I got rid of the Stormtalon and replaced it with a Stalker so that my AA is on the board at the start of the game. I also swapped the troop choices around. The IH tactical marines have better weapon options and chapter tactics for the same price as the DA marines which don't come with as many options. With all of the points that were saved, I was also able to add another melta speeder too.

With all of the armor I will have on the board, I am a little worried about a facing a drop pod (or jump) melta type list. The threat can be mitigated somewhat by careful deployment, but I would probably still lose some tanks early. Overall though, I think this is a more efficient list that I will want to test a couple of times! Feel free to comment below.

Rationale:

So here is my thought process.

On the DA side of things, The Librarian will roll Divination for Prescience (to help the Raukaan bikers). The libby babysits the Ravenwing command squad, and gives them a 4++ thanks to the power field generator. This squad's job is to spew molten dakka at heavy infantry and light transports and stay out of CQC. I may drop the grenade launcher, but I want to play around with it first. The two tactical squads are there to camp backfield objectives. They are completely naked, and are really only there because of the troop tax. The land speeders will be held back in reserves to pop any heavy armor.

On the Raukaan side, the captain is going to sponge damage for the biker command squad. His wargear gives him a 2+/3++ with 4+ FnP, EW, and IWND. The command squad is loaded out with relentless grav guns and will function similarly to the Ravenwing squad. I am less afraid of this squad getting into combat though (3++ vs. 4++), and they will hunt any MCs on the board.  The techmarines and servitors will buddy up in the Stormraven giving the bird two 2+ repair rolls, and it gets a 5+ IWND roll. The Stormtalon is my only real source of AA, but I think it will be enough unless facing a skew list. The scouts are really only there to fill the ally troop tax, but they can go to ground on an objective and have a pretty annoying cover save.

In summary, I think the list is pretty solid. Obvious weaknesses would be D weapons, Mass strength 10 gunlines, and over saturated AV14. However, having multiple units that are nearly immune to small arms fire, and are highly mobile should help me control the flow of the battle. There is enough AP2 in the list to chew through MEQ and TEQ units. Lastly, the list has the speed to claim late game objectives and victory points.
